Frequently asked questions.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal to formal attire, with a colour scheme focusing on earthy, neutral tones with pops of colour. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. Please refrain from wearing anything white, off white or cream. We look forward to celebrating with you in style amidst the natural surroundings!

What time should we arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do we park?

Our venue has free parking! Please use the lower lot of parking and the upper lot in front of the venue as a drop-off zone. The only vehicles allowed to park in the upper lot are venue staff, elderly, handicapped and the bridal party. Vehicles may be left overnight; the gates will be unlocked from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm to access vehicles only.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we adore and love children dearly, we have decided to host an adults-only celebration. Unless we have specifically discussed it with you, children are not invited to the wedding. This decision is to ensure that all our guests can relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest. We appreciate your understanding and support in making our day special. Thank you!

Is it an open bar?

We won’t have an open bar, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Each table will have two bottles of wine to enjoy throughout the evening. We hope this makes your time with us even more enjoyable.

What will be served for dinner at the wedding reception?

We’re excited to offer a buffet-style dinner featuring a variety of main dishes and side options to suit all tastes. There will be something for everyone to enjoy! Stay tuned for more details as we finalize the menu. If you have any specific dietary requests or questions, feel free to reach out!

Can we take photos during the wedding?

To maintain the focus and intimacy of the ceremony, we kindly request that all cell phones be turned off or silenced during the ceremony itself. However, you’re more than welcome to use your phones for pictures and sharing memories during the reception and other parts of the celebration. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us create a special and uninterrupted ceremony.

Can we post photos of the wedding on social media?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from posting any photos on social media until the bride and groom have had the chance to share their official pictures. This allows us to reveal our special moments in our own way and ensures a cohesive presentation of our memories. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests who were formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed next to yours on the envelope. Thank you for your understanding.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 26, 2025, using the RSVP tab at the top of this website or by filling out the RSVP card included with your invitation. If we do not receive your response by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend. However, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can proceed with our wedding plans smoothly. Thank you!

What do I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly.

What time do we have to leave the venue?

While we’d love to keep the celebration going with everyone, we kindly ask that guests depart the venue by 1:30 am. The bar will close at 12:30 am, and the DJ will play their final song at 1:00 am.
